These terms apply to your use of createadvertising.com and its subdomains (the “Site”), operated by Create Advertising Group and Create Advertising Limited (“Create”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to them.

Our work and content

The work shown on the Site, including video, images, artwork, and text, is owned by Create or by our clients and partners, and is shown to present our portfolio. You may view it for personal reference. You may not copy, download, redistribute, or reuse it without written permission. Titles, logos, and trademarks of the films, series, and games we have worked on belong to their respective owners.

Using the Site

Don’t misuse the Site: no scraping or automated collection, no attempts to interfere with its operation or security, and nothing unlawful.

Inquiries

Sending an inquiry does not create an agreement between us. Any project is governed by a separate written agreement. Please don’t send confidential information you are not authorized to share.

Third-party content and links

The Site embeds and links to third-party services (for example Vimeo, Instagram, and LinkedIn). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Text Messaging Program (SMS Terms)

• Program: Create Advertising business text messaging, operated by Create Advertising Group through our Zoom Phone business numbers.
• What you will receive: conversational, non-marketing messages: replies to texts you send us, and messages about projects, scheduling, and account coordination with our clients, partners, and vendors. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
• How you opt in: by texting one of our business numbers first, or by giving your mobile number to a member of our team and agreeing to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or engagement.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• To cancel, reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT) at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.
• For help, reply HELP or contact us at michael.gadd@createadvertising.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your mobile information is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed.
